This hybrid role supports clients across the San Mateo and Palo Alto markets, offering the stability of full-time employment along with the variety of project-based assignments across leading organizations.Key Responsibilities:Assist with month-end and year-end close processesPrepare journal entries and maintain general ledger accountsPerform account reconciliations and investigate discrepanciesSupport preparation of financial statements and internal reportsAssist with budgeting, forecasting, and audit support activitiesEnsure compliance with GAAP and internal policiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams on accounting and finance projects
