As our Home Health Care RN Clinical Manager , you’ll be the heartbeat of our clinical operations. Your days will be filled with purpose as you:

Provide clinical oversight for Home Health nursing staff

Ensuring compliance with state, federal, and accreditation standards

Reviewing and approving OASIS assessments, care plans, and documentation

Supporting field clinicians with education, coaching, and problem‑solving

Participating in case conferences and interdisciplinary team meetings

Monitoring quality metrics and assisting with performance improvement initiatives

Triaging clinical concerns and collaborating with physicians and referral partners

Ensuring timely, accurate, and complete documentation

Supporting onboarding and ongoing training for clinical staff
