Position Description: Rachel Contracting is actively seeking skilled Heavy Machinery Operators to join our team.
As a specialized contractor focusing on earthwork, demolition, and utilities projects throughout the Midwest and Central US, Rachel Contracting values individuals who take pride in their work and are dedicated to delivering exceptional quality with integrity and professionalism.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Contribute to the construction of essential earthwork components, including site grading, road construction, drainage systems, maintenance, dewatering, soil stabilization, foundation excavation, backfilling, utility installation, and civil infrastructure projects.
- Effectively operate a variety of heavy machinery such as motor graders, dozers, excavators, water trucks, off-road trucks, and skid steers.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures, maintaining a safe and efficient job site at all times.
Position Requirements:

- Experience operating heavy equipment in civil construction settings.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
