We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude.
  • Check guests in and out efficiently.
  • Answer phone calls and make reservations.
  • Process payments and handle cash and credit card transactions.
  • Respond to guest questions, requests, and concerns.
  • Maintain accurate guest records using the hotel management system.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Assist with night audit or other front desk duties as assigned.
  • Keep the front desk and lobby clean and organized.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Previous hotel front desk experience is preferred but not required.
  • Must be reliable, punctual, and authorized to work in the U.S.
