Our Mission

The Owner's father was diagnosed with Dementia over 10 years ago. He had seen lots of different failires in his care and thought there had to be a better way. Our approach to hiring is to make sure the people we work with would pass the threshhold of taking care of our own parents. We are driven by the desire to "Share the Splendor" every day.

Our Ideal Candidate

We're seeking compassionate individuals for caregiving roles. We offer a robust training program for both experienced and new caregivers. Enjoy a supportive work environment with full-time and part-time positions available in The Treasure Valley.

Job Responsibilities

Companionship, light housekeeping, meal preparation

Medication reminders, running errands, transportation to appointments

Assisting with activities of daily living and specialized Alzheimer’s/Dementia care

Requirements

Treat clients with dignity and respect

Weekend availability (If applicable)

Effective communication skills

Valid driver's license and auto insurance (If applicable)

Compliance with State of Idaho regulations, DMV check, and drug screening.
