We are seeking an experienced Commercial Retail/Shopping Center Property Manager to oversee a dynamic portfolio of properties. This is a highly visible role focused on driving operational excellence, tenant satisfaction, and financial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations, maintenance, and overall performance of assigned commercial properties
- Manage vendor relationships, bid processes, and service contracts
- Develop and manage annual operating budgets, financial reporting, and variance analysis
- Monitor rent rolls, tenant sales reporting, and lease compliance
- Provide full lease administration, including rent escalations and expense reconciliations
- Partner with leasing and construction teams to onboard new tenants and support tenant improvements
- Handle Capital Improvements
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of Retail / Shopping Center Commercial Property Management experience (retail preferred)
- Strong understanding of building systems, construction, and property operations
- Proven ability to manage budgets, financial reporting, and cash flow analysis
- Real Estate License preferred
