Executive Chef- Pastry

JOB SUMMARY:

The Executive Pastry Chef is responsible for providing all pastries & baked goods for all DCR food outlets including banquets. All functions will be performed within the guidelines of the Downstream Casino Resort policies and procedures, Internal Control Standards, and objectives.
