Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and highly organized temporary Office Manager to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Manage daily office operations, including overseeing front desk activities and maintaining a welcoming environment for visitors and staff
- Answer multi-line phone systems promptly with professional phone etiquette, directing calls efficiently and courteously
- Oversee ordering of office supplies, furniture of units, etc.
- Maintain organized filing systems, data entry, and record keeping using tools like Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients, answering inquiries, and supporting customer support initiatives
- Coordinate calendar management, appointment scheduling, and meeting arrangements for staff and executives
- Perform clerical tasks such as proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and handling mail distribution
- Support bookkeeping activities including invoicing, expense tracking, and basic financial recordkeeping
Experience
- Proven office management or administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar), and QuickBooks
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively and prioritize responsibilities
- Previous experience in customer service roles or as a receptionist
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems, data entry, filing procedures, and calendar management tools
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
