Instructional Designer

Key Responsibilities :

Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts : Work with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather technical materials, product information, and engineering processes to develop content.

Target Audience Research : Conduct behavioral and task analyses to determine the appropriate scope, type, and medium of learning solutions for the target audience.

Develop Learning Content : Transform technical inputs, design documents, and course specifications into effective and engaging content deliverables.

Create Instructional Materials : Design and update instructional materials, including e-learning courses, instructor-led training, and job aids, applying instructional design principles.

Use E-Learning Tools : Utilize e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) to create interactive and multimedia-rich course content.

Evaluate Effectiveness : Measure training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, continuously improving learning outcomes.

Ensure Learning Pedagogy : Apply creative techniques and sound instructional strategies to ensure learning effectiveness, engagement, and outcomes.

Track Performance Metrics : Focus on solution feedback, solution quality indicators, development process compliance, schedule variance, and customer satisfaction.
