Manager/Sr. Manager, Social Commerce

Munchkin is seeking an entrepreneurial, results-oriented Manager/Sr. Manager, Social Commerce to manage and scale our TikTok Shop business. This role sits at the intersection of social commerce, content creation, livestream selling, affiliate marketing, and e-commerce.

This role is responsible for driving TikTok Shop growth through compelling shoppable content, creator partnerships, livestream commerce, and promotional activations. A significant portion of this role will be dedicated to developing, coordinating, and publishing TikTok Shop-specific content, producing and executing livestream events, and identifying opportunities to drive product discovery and conversion.
