We are an established Pharmacy/DME company close to downtown (Montrose/Allen Parkway). We have an immediate job opening for an EXPERIENCED Administrative Assistant / Receptionist.

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm
  • Benefits: Health Insurance Compensation

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years’ experience in a receptionist or administrative role
  • Skills: Excellent knowledge of computer software (i.e., Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Communication: Excellent telephone communication skills
  • Multitasking: Proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Language: Bi-lingual (English/Spanish)
