Job Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a baker or in a similar food service role is highly preferred.
• Proven understanding of baking methods, quality standards, and health and safety protocols.
• Must currently hold or be willing to obtain mandatory food safety certifications.
• Solid foundation in basic math and accurate counting skills is essential.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact clearly in both written and verbal formats.

Physical Demands:

• Ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and standing or walking for extended shifts.
• Willingness to comply with company uniform policies and consistently wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
