Responsibilities

Turn 60-minute podcast recordings into engaging Instagram Reels and short-form videos.

Identify the strongest 30–60 second moments and craft compelling hooks that capture attention immediately.

Edit talking-head videos, founder updates, behind-the-scenes content, and business-focused clips.

Create clean, readable captions with burned-in subtitles optimized for mobile viewing.

Deliver polished vertical videos that feel native to Instagram.

Identify standalone clips with high engagement potential from longer recordings.

Collaborate with the team to maintain a consistent brand voice and visual style.
