As a Retail Promotions Associate, you'll engage directly with customers, demonstrate AT&T products and services, and help people discover wireless solutions that fit their lifestyle while contributing to overall sales success.

Core Functions of the Retail Promotions Associate

• Represent AT&T during retail promotions and community events while creating engaging, face-to-face customer experiences.
• Demonstrate wireless devices, service plans, and current promotions through informative and customer-focused sales conversations.
• Introduce customers to AT&T products and help them compare wireless solutions based on their communication needs and lifestyle.
• Collaborate with fellow Retail Promotions Associate team members to achieve campaign objectives and daily sales goals.
• Support customer acquisition by guiding interested customers through service options and enrollment opportunities.
• Build rapport through professional interactions that encourage customer confidence and support long-term sales success.
• Help execute retail promotional campaigns that increase customer engagement and strengthen AT&T's presence throughout the Worcester market.
• Participate in ongoing Retail Promotions Associate training focused on communication, product knowledge, promotions, and sales development.
