AR Credit Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented AR Credit Analyst to support high-volume credit operations within a B2B construction environment. In this role, you will evaluate customer creditworthiness, analyze financial data, and make informed decisions that directly impact risk and revenue. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting, can manage large volumes of credit applications, and is comfortable working cross-functionally to ensure accurate and compliant credit processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze financial data including financial statements, income, and cash flow to determine creditworthiness
  • Calculate financial ratios (e.g., debt-to-income) to evaluate customer financial health
  • Make recommendations to approve or deny credit and suggest appropriate terms
  • Prepare reports summarizing customer financial health and lending risk
  • Ensure compliance with internal credit policies and guidelines
  • Assist with company and client audits
  • Communicate with customers to resolve issues and verify financial transactions

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years of Credit Analyst / Accounts Receivable experience
  • 2+ years of construction-related B2B credit experience
  • Strong experience in credit analysis, accounts receivable, and new account setup/approvals
  • Experience working in a high-volume environment (1000 applications/month)
  • Strong financial analysis and risk assessment skills
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Experience navigating multiple ERP systems

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Phoenix, AZ.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $29.00/hr.
