CallRail is seeking an Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to join our high-performing Small Business (SMB) sales team. As a key driver of growth, you'll help small businesses discover how CallRail's solutions can support their success while contributing to the continued expansion of our customer base.In this role, you'll engage exclusively with warm inbound leads—SMB prospects who have expressed interest in CallRail or started a free trial. Rather than cold calling, you'll focus on conducting consultative product demonstrations, identifying customer challenges and goals, and showcasing the value of CallRail's suite of solutions.
