We are looking for a Customer Service and Sales Associate to join our team in Wethersfield, CT. This is an entry-level opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with people and want to build experience in customer relations, sales, and account management.

If you've worked in retail, restaurants, hospitality, or another customer-facing role, you may already have many of the skills needed to succeed here. We provide the training. You bring the work ethic and willingness to learn.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Interacting directly with customers on behalf of our telecom and energy clients
  • Answering questions and providing product and service information
  • Building strong customer relationships and delivering a positive experience
  • Supporting customer acquisition and account growth initiatives
  • Working with team members to achieve campaign and client goals
  • Developing professional communication and sales skills through hands-on training

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 10:30 AM-6:30 PM

Projected Compensation: $45,000-$50,000
