The Hearing Doctors is looking for a Full-Time Medical Receptionist to join our team in Wheaton, IL.
We are an independent audiology practice focused on delivering exceptional patient care while creating a positive and supportive work environment for our team. We’re looking for someone who is organized, reliable, personable, and looking for a long-term opportunity to grow with us.
This role includes:
📞 Answering phones
🗓️ Scheduling appointment
s🩺 Verifying insuranc
e💳 Applying and collecting payment
s📦 Managing inventor
y🏡 Keeping our office welcoming and organize
d🤝 Supporting an outstanding patient experienc

You’ll work alongside two audiologists and another receptionist/hearing aid assistant in a collaborative environment where we truly value teamwork and culture
