Experienced Pantry Chef

  • Seeking an Experienced Pantry Chef that can handle a very high volume
  • Must be available Nights, Weekends and Holidays
  • Must have previous kitchen experience
  • Pantry/Prep Experience
  • Follow restaurant protocols and menu guidelines
  • Work in a clean and organized fashion and follow health department regulations
  • Prep work basic vegetable prep to include peeling, slicing, dicing, and portioning
  • Making desserts, dressings, salads and cold menu items
  • General cleaning to include equipment, floors, walls, coolers and freezers
  • Plating dishes - presenting food for guests to the chef’s specifications
  • Ability to stay positive under pressure
  • Ability to work as a team in a fast-paced environment
