Leasing Specialist

Responsibilities

Greet prospective residents warmly, qualify leads, and present properties in a persuasive, professional manner using feature/benefit selling techniques

Complete lease applications, assist with verification, and notify applicants of results promptly

Negotiate leasing terms and execute lease agreements

Respond quickly and professionally to resident concerns and service requests

Promote available units through social media and other marketing channels

Conduct periodic property inspections and ensure proper maintenance

Maintain accurate resident records and update daily reports (vacancy, notice to vacate, activity
