To support a dynamic fintech startup, the remote GTM Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting with a strong emphasis on outbound sourcing and talent engagement, focusing on building high-performing teams across sales and technical functions. Key responsibilities: Proactively identify and engage top-tier candidates across sales, technical, and business functions Manage the recruiting process end-to-end from sourcing and screening through offer and closing Collaborate closely with hiring managers to align on hiring needs and refine recruiting operations Required qualifications: 5+ years of recruiting experience in-house, agency, or a combination of both Proven success hiring for sales and go-to-market roles Experience supporting technical recruiting processes is preferred Strong sourcing and outbound recruiting experience Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
