The Greenridge Group is a prime contractor and consulting firm specializing in Project and Construction Management for major public-sector agencies.
We are seeking Construction Managers (Owner Authorized Representatives) to oversee the delivery of major K-12 facilities improvement and construction projects throughout the Los Angeles Unified School District. In this role, you will serve as the District's representative, managing project budgets, schedules, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with District standards.
Candidates may be considered at either the OAR I or OAR II level based on their experience and qualifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all phases of assigned projects, including pre-construction, bidding, construction, closeout, and occupancy.
Monitor project budgets, schedules, and overall project performance.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, public agencies, and District stakeholders.
Review construction schedules, submittals, RFIs/RFCs, and change order proposals.
Negotiate and manage contractor change orders and schedule impacts.
Oversee contractor payments and consultant agreements.
Coordinate furniture, fixtures, and equipment installation.
Manage DSA closeout and project financial closeout activities.
Prepare project status reports and presentations for leadership.
