Residential Superintendent

Job Title: Residential Superintendent – Luxury Custom Homes

We are seeking an experienced Residential Superintendent to oversee the construction of high-end custom single-family homes from groundbreaking through final completion. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily on-site construction activities for luxury custom home project
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and inspection
• Ensure work is completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standard
• Enforce job site safety and maintain a clean, organized work environment
• Review plans and specifications, resolve field issues, and communicate progress with the project team and homeowners
• Conduct quality control inspections and oversee project closeout

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a residential superintendent, preferably with luxury custom single-family homes
• Strong knowledge of residential construction methods, building codes, and scheduling
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
