Job Purpose

The Strategic Account Manager - Ag Retailers focuses on building and managing relationships with large ag retailers, co-ops, and input providers. This role drives alignment between CNH solutions and retailer-led agronomic services, enabling joint value creation for shared customers. Candidate can be located anywhere within the continental United States, preferrably the Midwest.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop strategic partnerships with regional and national ag retailers/co-ops
  • Align CNH precision technology and digital solutions with retailer agronomy and data platforms
  • Identify co-selling and co-development opportunities that create value for mutual customers
  • Enable field-level execution by coordinating with:
  • Facilitate integration and workflow alignment between CNH systems and retailer operations
  • Lead joint planning sessions and partnership reviews

Experience Required

  • Bachelors Degree and 7+ years in ag equipment, precision technology, or enterprise account management. OR
  • Associates Degree and 10+ years of related experience.
  • Strong understanding of retailer business models (co-ops, independents, national chains)
  • Experience in partnership development and channel strategy
  • Knowledge of agronomic workflows and data-driven decision making
  • Ability to navigate complex ecosystems (OEM-Dealer-Retailer-Producer)
  • 40-60% travel required

Pay Transparency

The annual salary for this role is USD $106,725.00 - $163,645.00 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
