Job Description
The Senior Project Manager / Estimator will report directly to company leadership and play a critical role in both preconstruction and project execution.
- Prepare detailed estimates for drywall and framing projects up to $15M
- Perform accurate material takeoffs using industry-standard software
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and cost controls
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Identify value engineering opportunities and cost-saving strategies
- Support project delivery from bid through completion
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors

The Successful Applicant
For the Senior Project Manager / Estimator, we are seeking:
- Proven experience in commercial and/or multifamily drywall and framing
- Strong estimating background with projects up to ~$15M
- Proficiency in takeoff and estimating software (e.g., The Estimating Edge)
- Familiarity with AI-assisted estimating tools and advanced Excel skills
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently
- Comfortable operating in a smaller company environment
- Motivated by ownership and impact rather than corporate hierarchy
