A Shift Monday-Thursday 6:00AM-4:30PM

B Shift Monday-Thursday 4:30PM-3:00AM

C Shift Friday-Sunday 6:00AM-6:00PM

D Shift Friday-Sunday 6:00PM-6:00AM

Note: Most training will take place on A Shift for up to 90-days

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The following duties are representative of the position; additional duties may be assigned.

  • Setup and operate Citizen Swiss CNC lathes to produce quality parts according to process documentation and production schedules.
  • Perform complete machine setups, including tooling installation, offsets, bar feeder setup, and program verification.
  • Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to maintain dimensional accuracy and production efficiency.
  • Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections using micrometers, calipers, optical comparators, pin gauges, thread gauges, indicators, and other precision measuring equipment.
  • Interpret blueprints, work instructions, and GD&T requirements to ensure compliance with customer specifications.
  • Identify and troubleshoot machining, tooling, programming, and equipment issues to minimize downtime and scrap.
  • Perform routine operator maintenance and maintain machine cleanliness.
  • Complete production reporting, labor transactions, and quality documentation in JobBOSS and other company systems.

Physical Requirements

  • Vision meeting AS9100 quality standards.
  • Ability to lift, push, and/or pull up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to stand for up to 95% of the scheduled shift.
  • Ability to routinely reach, bend, twist, grasp, and handle tools, materials, and equipment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience operating and setting up Citizen Swiss CNC lathes or similar Swiss-type turning centers.
  • Strong understanding of Swiss machining principles, tooling, feeds and speeds, and precision manufacturing techniques.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and GD&T requirements.
  • Experience using precision measuring equipment, including micrometers, calipers, thread gauges, pin gauges, optical comparators, and CMMs.
  • Ability to troubleshoot machining and tooling issues independently.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

ITAR Requirements

This position requires access to information and technology regulated under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and other U.S. government security regulations. Applicants must be a U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
