Our client, a nationally recognized AEC firm, is seeking:

  • Project Manager - Conventional
  • Project Manager – Amenities
  • Job Captain – Amenities

to join one of their Orange County Studios. The amenity roles focus heavily on the technical execution and production side of high-end amenity and interior projects — taking projects from Design Development through Construction Administration, while the conventional will focus on production, taking projects from Design to CA.

NOTE

  • Fully Onsite in Central Orange County – Hybrid or Remote not available
  • 10+ years of relevant experience required
  • Interior architecture / interiors experience required for amenities positions
  • Multifamily, hospitality, or amenity project experience strongly preferred
  • Visa sponsorship is not available

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage projects from Design Development through Construction Administration
  • Oversee schedules, budgets, scopes, and project coordination
  • Lead communication with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including interiors, consultants, and engineers
  • Oversee project documentation, permitting, and construction administration activities
  • Manage RFIs, submittals, site visits, and consultant coordination
  • Ensure quality control and production efficiency across project deliverables
  • Mentor and support junior team members

WHAT YOU BRING

  • 10+ years of Project Management experience within Architecture / Interiors firms
  • Strong background in multifamily, hospitality, or amenity-focused projects
  • Experience managing interior architecture projects through production and documentation
  • Revit proficiency
  • Strong understanding of construction documents, permitting, and building systems
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Collaborative mindset with strong coordination abilities

Compensation Range: $95k–$120k
