Our client, a nationally recognized AEC firm, is seeking:
- Project Manager - Conventional
- Project Manager – Amenities
- Job Captain – Amenities
to join one of their Orange County Studios. The amenity roles focus heavily on the technical execution and production side of high-end amenity and interior projects — taking projects from Design Development through Construction Administration, while the conventional will focus on production, taking projects from Design to CA.
NOTE
- Fully Onsite in Central Orange County – Hybrid or Remote not available
- 10+ years of relevant experience required
- Interior architecture / interiors experience required for amenities positions
- Multifamily, hospitality, or amenity project experience strongly preferred
- Visa sponsorship is not available

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage projects from Design Development through Construction Administration
- Oversee schedules, budgets, scopes, and project coordination
- Lead communication with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including interiors, consultants, and engineers
- Oversee project documentation, permitting, and construction administration activities
- Manage RFIs, submittals, site visits, and consultant coordination
- Ensure quality control and production efficiency across project deliverables
- Mentor and support junior team members
WHAT YOU BRING
- 10+ years of Project Management experience within Architecture / Interiors firms
- Strong background in multifamily, hospitality, or amenity-focused projects
- Experience managing interior architecture projects through production and documentation
- Revit proficiency
- Strong understanding of construction documents, permitting, and building systems
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Collaborative mindset with strong coordination abilities
Compensation Range: $95k–$120k
