Support CoE & Transformation Programs

Manage governance, roadmaps, and progress tracking for Supply Chain initiatives

Maintain critical documentation and drive consistency across programs

Own Planning, Travel & Logistics

Manage global travel, offsites, and executive events end-to-end

Handle fast-changing priorities without disruption

What Sets You Apart

Proven ability to support senior executives in a global, fast-paced environment

Strong business acumen — ideally in supply chain, sourcing, or operations

Highly organized with the ability to prioritize, anticipate, and execute independently

Strong communicator who can operate with confidence, discretion, and professionalism

Comfortable working across teams and at all levels of the organization

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting Strategic Sourcing, Category Management, or Direct Materials Procurement teams

Understanding of the end-to-end sourcing lifecycle (RFI/RFP/RFQ, supplier evaluation, negotiation, contract execution)

Familiarity with Supply Chain CoE models, governance frameworks, and continuous improvement (Lean, Six Sigma, SCOR)

Working knowledge of core supply chain concepts (S&OP, QBRs, Incoterms, lead time, TCO, demand planning)

Experience with project and collaboration tools (Smartsheet, Asana, Monday.com, or similar)

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience)
