What You’ll Do Lead all back-of-house operations, including culinary execution, staffing, scheduling, and training Maintain exceptional food quality, consistency, and presentation standards Manage food and labor costs while driving operational efficiency Collaborate on seasonal menu development and culinary innovation Build, mentor, and retain a high-performing kitchen team Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards Foster a positive culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and excellence What We’re Looking For Proven Executive Chef experience in an upscale, chef-driven, or fine dining environment Strong leadership and team development skills Financial acumen with experience managing food and labor costs Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences Hands‑on leadership style with a commitment to quality and consistency Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: $90,000 - $95,000 Attainable Bonus: $10,000 - $15,000 annually 10 Days PTO after 90 days 5 Sick Days Competitive Healthcare Package with Company Contribution $900 Monthly Meal Allowance Quality of Life This is a rare opportunity to join a successful dinner-only operation that values balance as much as excellence.
