HR Recruiter
The HR Recruiter supports the growth of our team by identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent while delivering exceptional candidate experience. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, communicating with people, and staying organized while managing multiple recruiting processes simultaneously. The HR Recruiter will partner closely with hiring managers, source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and help ensure a smooth hiring process from application through onboarding. This individual thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys collaborating with others, and is motivated by helping people succeed. In addition to recruiting responsibilities, the HR Recruiter will maintain accurate records within our HR and applicant tracking systems, support onboarding activities, assist with employee programs and events, and contribute to a positive experience for both candidates and employees.
Previous recruiting, customer service, administrative, sales, or related experience preferred.
Comfortable learning and utilizing HRIS, ATS, and other software systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
