DH Pace Company is looking for a Business Development Sales Representative in Orlando, Florida. This individual will sell our commercial line of business and will specialize in selling door and door products. Job Responsibilities

Meet with decision makers to influence the purchase of our comprehensive line of commercial doors and related door products and services

Cultivate sales with commercial and industrial buildings owners/managers, colleges, K-12, municipalities, and hospitals in Orlando and surrounding areas

Meet or exceed sales and gross profit performance standards

Influencing customers’ decision to utilize our vast line of door products and services

Maintain and update Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) daily

Take on additional assignments as needed

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required

Prefer a minimum of two (2) years outside sales experience

Excellent communication skills and be able to interact professionally with contacts, internal and external, at all levels and possess a high sense of urgency with exceptional problem-solving skills

Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced work environment

Strong aptitude for technical applications and mechanical systems preferred
