Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Rosharon, TX, 77583

Duration: 12+ Months

Pay rate: $20.00/hr – $26.00/hr on W2 without benefits

Shift: Monday - Friday 8AM- 5PM Hybrid 3 days in office.

Summary:

  • The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing and maintaining updated information for customers.
  • Perform administrative functions supporting customer service functions and sales order entries.
  • Provide monthly status of open orders and follow up with customers and Production.
  • Maintain record of asset delivery progress and invoicing.
  • Interact with Production, Buyer and Planner for follow-up of customer orders.
  • Resolve licensing issues received from customers and record in support database.
  • Maintain and improve the integrity of the data in the SAP database.
  • Use the guiding principles and tools of the Manufacturing System to drive continuous improvement, wherever applicable.

Experience

  • Candidate will work as Customer Service Rep in Explosive Manufacturing Department, taking internal calls from Oil & Gas Customers. Preparing orders from shipment
  • Understanding of ERP Systems
  • 1-3 years of working in SAP
  • Associate Degree
  • Office Skills
  • Ability to work independently

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
