Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Rosharon, TX, 77583
Duration: 12+ Months
Pay rate: $20.00/hr – $26.00/hr on W2 without benefits
Shift: Monday - Friday 8AM- 5PM Hybrid 3 days in office.
Summary:
- The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing and maintaining updated information for customers.
- Perform administrative functions supporting customer service functions and sales order entries.
- Provide monthly status of open orders and follow up with customers and Production.
- Maintain record of asset delivery progress and invoicing.
- Interact with Production, Buyer and Planner for follow-up of customer orders.
- Resolve licensing issues received from customers and record in support database.
- Maintain and improve the integrity of the data in the SAP database.
- Use the guiding principles and tools of the Manufacturing System to drive continuous improvement, wherever applicable.
Experience
- Candidate will work as Customer Service Rep in Explosive Manufacturing Department, taking internal calls from Oil & Gas Customers. Preparing orders from shipment
- Understanding of ERP Systems
- 1-3 years of working in SAP
- Associate Degree
- Office Skills
- Ability to work independently
Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
