Job Overview

I am seeking a dedicated Housekeepr/House Manager/Personal Assistant/Dog Nanny to provide comprehensive support in managing household operations, assisting with personal tasks, and caring for a very needy dog. This dynamic role combines extreme cleanliness, organizational excellence, attentive pet care, and proactive assistance to ensure a smooth, household environment freeing me from daily household tasks to focus on my business. The ideal candidate will be passionate about cleaning, organizing, detail-oriented, and passionate about animal care, ready to handle a variety of responsibilities with professionalism and a discreet quiet demeanor.

Duties

  • Oversee daily household cleaning and organizing, including managing household supplies, and running errands.
  • Provide personalized assistance with selling items online, running errands and organizing.
  • Plant care and outside deck watering of plants.
  • Inventory skills through basic apps. Understands basic Ai.
  • Care for dog through feeding, walking, grooming, administering medications, and monitoring health.
  • Manage pet sitting duties during owner’s absence, including overnight care and ensuring animals’ comfort and safety. This will pay an additional overnight fee.
  • Assist with household chores related to daily cleaning, plants and pet care such as cleaning pet bedding.
  • Ensure the household remains organized, clean, and welcoming at all times while prioritizing the well-being of pet.

Skills

  • Resourceful. You dont have to know it all, you just have to be willing to utilize resources provided.
  • Some technical/computer/app skills required. Very basic and minimal but will be required.
  • An eye for extreme detail, able to document and track each task.
  • accountable and willing to do a task in the way that makes me comfortable.
  • Reliable car and insurance.
  • Proven experience in housekeeping, organization and animal handling with a strong understanding of pet behavior management.
  • Ability to manage a 90 pound dog safely.
  • Exceptional customer service skills but quiet and discreet working in the background.
  • Experience with apps to sell household items. Facebook Marketplace, Ebay etc.
  • Inventory and beautifully curated organizational skills.
  • Experience working with animals demonstrating reliability, cleanliness and compassion.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Understands hosting and able to do party set up and take down with cleaning after.

I'd love to have you support the household with compassion, and expertise in a household environment where your skills will make a meaningful difference every day. I will provide exact training in all functions and we will create an Operations Manual together to ensure that nothing is missed. You do not have to be perfect in any one area, as long as you are resourceful we can make this a great experience!

Pay: $19.00 - $32.50 per hour
