Position Summary:
The HR Manager is responsible for daily human resources operations including onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance tracking, and HR system management while driving automation and AI-enabled employee experience improvements.
Position Details:
Location: Northbrook, IL
Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday on-site.
Compensation: $75,000 - $85,000
Key Responsibilities
Manage onboarding and offboarding processes
Handle employee relations and HR support issues
Maintain HR records and compliance documentation
Administer benefits and HR systems
Support policy implementation and updates
Track HR metrics and workforce data
Support employee communication and engagement processes
AI & Automation Requirement
Must implement AI-driven onboarding and employee self-service tools
Responsible for automating HR workflows (onboarding, tickets, documentation)
Expected to use AI for workforce analytics and reporting
Must identify opportunities to reduce administrative HR workload through automation
