Academy of the Sacred Heart is currently accepting resumes for a Little Hearts Administrative Assistant (Part Time).
The Little Hearts Administrative Assistant provides essential operational and administrative support to the Little Hearts Division, ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day functioning of the program. Working closely with the Division Head, faculty, and families, this role supports student records, licensing compliance, communication, and community engagement while upholding the mission and Goals and Criteria of Sacred Heart education. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to fostering a welcoming and mission-driven early childhood environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in an early childhood or school setting with familiarity in Louisiana State Licensing requirements
- Proficiency with Blackbaud or similar student information systems, along with strong Microsoft Office and Google Workspace skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities with discretion, strong communication skills, and a collaborative, service-oriented approach
