Branch Manager (Commercial Roofing)

Seattle, WA

$140-175K DOE + Bonus & Benefits

Relocate to Washington for a rare opportunity to run a growing branch!

The company are a well-established roofing business in Seattle, who require a Branch Manager to join their team due to growth.

In this role, you will be joining a tight-knit and collaborative team, who are always looking out for each other.

They have a low turnover of staff, due to their willingness to constantly promote from within, so you will have plenty of opportunity to take your career to the next level.

The Role

  • Provide leadership and direction to the branch staff, including, project managers, Estimators, Superintendents, and Service Crews.
  • Ensure efficient and effective operations of the branch, including scheduling of roofing projects, procurement of materials, and coordination of subcontractors. Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop long-term strategic plans and objectives for the branch. Contribute to decision-making processes regarding expansion, investment, and resource allocation.

Role Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Branch/Operations/General Manager within a commercial roofing business.
  • Have experience overseeing service divisions

The business was established in 2001, as a residential roofing business. After 5 years, they were growing and decided to move into the commercial space, carrying out projects within Commercial Service, Maintenance and Re-roofing.

Today, they are a $20M business with 75 employees, and a large subcontractor base. Their 10-year objective is to reach $100M in revenue.

Following this, the goal is to continue growing all the way to a billion.
