ALDI is hiring Cashiers and Stockers to work together towards a better customer shopping experience.
As part of a collaborative team, you'll use registers and equipment, keep shelves stocked, ensure cleanliness, and provide outstanding customer service.
Position Type: Part-Time
Average Workload: Below 30 Hours per Week
A starting pay of $18.50 per hour is provided to new employees
Duties and Responsibilities:

Cashier Responsibilities:
- Conducts customer purchases, performs janitorial tasks, arranges commodities on shelves, and ensures the product displays look inviting and neat
- An exceptional shopping experience is created by assisting customers with their specific shopping needs
- Provides consistent feedback and regular updates to management regarding all aspects of product management, including inventory levels, scanning technology, and merchandising concerns

Stocker Responsibilities:
- Providing customers with fresh and high-quality products thanks to diligent shelf-stocking and rotation

- Effectively organizing new merchandise and eliminating empty boxes by breaking them down is a fundamental responsibility
- In order to successfully carry out the assigned tasks, it is essential to have experience in handling sophisticated machinery and following safety procedures
Physical Demands:

Education and Experience:
- Preference will be given to candidates who have a high school diploma or its corresponding equivalent certificate
