Medical Front Office & Contact Center Manager - Internal Medicine
Experience at an Internal Medicine or Primary Care office.
- Strong front office operations skills to manage daily workflows and staff coordination.
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction to support a welcoming, patient-focused environment.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with patients, families, providers, and staff.
- Willingness to jump in and handle daily taks of or overflow work in either department.
- Proficiency with EPIC or other EMR systmens and standard office software.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, problem-solving skills, and attention to details required.
