Job Summary
Carolina Heating is looking for a dependable and customer-focused Residential HVAC Maintenance Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be the face of our company in customers' homes-performing routine maintenance, identifying potential issues before they become costly repairs, and delivering top-notch service with professionalism and care. What You'll Do
- Perform routine maintenance on residential heating and cooling systems
- Inspect HVAC units for performance, safety, and efficiency
- Clean, adjust, and tune-up systems to ensure optimal operation
- Identify worn or failing components and recommend solutions
- Communicate clearly with homeowners about system condition and service options
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation
- Ensure all work meets company standards and local codes
- Uphold a clean, safe, and professional work environment
- Represent Carolina Heating with integrity and a customer-first attitude
What You Bring
- 2+ years of residential HVAC maintenance experience preferred
- EPA Certification required
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems and components
- Ability to troubleshoot and identify maintenance needs
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
