Key Responsibilities:

• Perform interior and exterior painting tasks efficiently.
• Prepare paint mixtures accurately for use.
• Prepare surfaces for painting by ensuring they are clean and ready.
• Utilize standard painting equipment, including airless spray equipment, motorized lifts, and brushes.
• Apply coatings of paint with technical proficiency and knowledge of coating materials for optimal application.
• Set up scaffolding and ladders safely for painting tasks.
• Dispose of residual materials in accordance with guidelines.
• Assist in training apprentices and junior painters.
• Report progress and any issues with jobs to management promptly.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.
• Notify management of any equipment malfunctions.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding job specifics professionally.
• Adhere to all company policies, especially health and safety regulations.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
