Customer Service Administrator
We are currently looking for energetic and customer-oriented individuals to become part of our team as Customer Service Administrator. As a Customer Service Administrator, you will be essential in delivering an exceptional customer experience through providing prompt and friendly service and maintaining a welcoming store environment.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service with a hospitable and enthusiastic attitude towards all customers
- Serve and distribute excellent beverages and items to patrons
- Uphold a store environment that is uncluttered, systematic, and enjoyable for shoppers
- Uphold and serve as a role model for the company's values and standards in all communications
- Ensure the smooth daily operations through effective collaboration with your team

Requirements:
- Previous experience is not a must

- Expertise in multitasking, conducting cash transactions, and observing food safety protocols
- Openness to working diverse schedules, which might involve weekends and holidays
