NEW GRADS WELCOME

Coverage needed:

• Saturdays 4 to 6 hours (flexible on the time of day) in Aventura
• Another day (somewhat flexible) in Aventura or Miami Gardens of 4-6 hours.

Job Summary

Primary care sublease optometry performing routine eye exams, contact lens fittings, and the occasional office visit.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough eye examinations to assess visual acuity and diagnose eye conditions.
• Prescribe corrective lenses and other treatments based on patient needs.
• Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Take quality Optos images in various points of gaze - will train if no prior experience
• Must be computer savvy and able to efficiently work with an electronic records system.
• Spanish is helpful, though not required.

Pay

• Expect to be in the competitive range of 80-110 per hour equivalent. Bonus structure can be implemented. Also may elect to simply keep a percentage of collected fees - see more, make more; high contact lens volume ($) and high Optos rate potential ($), especially on Saturdays in Aventura.

Pay: $600.00 - $800.00 per day
