We are currently seeking a dependable and organized Receptionist / Office Administrator to join our team. This position will serve as a key point of contact for customers, vendors, and internal staff while also supporting important administrative, purchasing, and accounting-related functions.
Responsibilities
Answer incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately
Greet customers, vendors, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Provide general administrative and office support
Assist with accounts payable tasks, including invoice review and processing support
Manage and coordinate the company’s purchasing process
Communicate with vendors regarding pricing, orders, availability, and follow-up
Create and maintain purchase orders
Track order status and follow up on outstanding items
Help organize and streamline purchasing procedures across the organization
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Assist with other office duties as needed
