Your Daily Responsibilities: As a Customer Service Associate, you will:

• Welcome customers and assist them in locating products and services.
• Interact with customers to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.
• Organize and stock merchandise throughout the store.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately and efficiently.
• Cross-train in different departments to ensure excellent service across the board.
• Prepare products in your department based on customer inquiries (e.g., mixing paint, cutting materials).
• Guide customers through the shopping process and checkout experience.
• Perform other duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 6 months of experience with computers, including data entry and management.
• 6 months of experience using retail technology like smartphones and tablets.
• Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills.
• Ability to perform tasks requiring prolonged standing, seated work, and lifting.
• Must be able to lift 25 lbs unassisted or more with assistance if needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 6 months of retail or customer service experience.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
• Certification in a relevant trade (e.g., plumbing, electrical work) is advantageous.
