We are looking for a reliable, motivated, and accountable Assistant Store Manager to help oversee daily operations and grow with the company.
This is not just a cashier position. We are looking for someone who wants to learn the business, take ownership of responsibilities, and potentially grow into a larger management role.
Responsibilities
Customer Service
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Assist customers with product recommendations
- Resolve customer concerns professionally
- Maintain a welcoming shopping environment
Store Operations
- Open and close the store independently
- Operate register and process transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization
- Ensure compliance with all age-verification requirements
Inventory Management
- Monitor inventory levels
- Restock merchandise
- Receive and check incoming shipments
- Assist with inventory counts
- Learn ordering procedures and vendor management
Leadership
- Complete daily operational tasks without constant supervision
- Identify problems and provide solutions
- Help improve store efficiency and profitability
- Assist with employee training when needed
