Senior Lending Partnerships Manager

Owning and evolving Mercury's portfolio of strategic lending partnerships, the full-time Senior Lending Partnerships Manager will manage critical relationships, support product development for lending infrastructure, and work cross-functionally with various teams, all while operating in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Manage a portfolio of strategic lending partnerships critical to Mercury's banking infrastructure Lead new partner selection, due diligence, and onboarding for lending partnerships Translate partner requirements and regulatory considerations into actionable internal plans and timelines Required qualifications 6+ years of relevant banking/payment operations experience and 4+ years of strategic partnerships or B2B/payment product experience Experience managing or working closely with lending management system providers Strong negotiation skills with experience in complex commercial and regulatory discussions Ability to simplify complex systems and regulatory requirements into clear, documented processes Excellent organizational skills and comfort operating across multiple stakeholders
