Receptionist/Office Admin
Location: Nampa, ID
Type: Contract (July – September)
Pay: $19 – $21/hour

About the Role
CV Resources is partnering with a growing real estate organization seeking a reliable and professional Receptionist to support front office and day-to-day administrative operations in their Nampa office.
This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who enjoys a fast-paced office environment, working with people, and gaining hands-on administrative experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients, visitors, and tenants in a professional manner
- Answer and route incoming phone calls
- Support general front office operations and maintain an organized workspace
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Assist with scheduling, data entry, and document organization
- Provide general administrative support to office staff and management
- Help ensure smooth daily office workflow and communication
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Prior customer service experience required (retail, hospitality, or similar high-volume roles preferred)
- Open to entry-level candidates or recent graduates
