Program Operations Manager

Under general supervision, manages direct support professionals (DSPs) to enable them to provide well-rounded, quality services to individuals utilizing evidence-based best practices. Ensures that DSPs provide for the health, safety, welfare and progress of individuals. Guide DSPs in using effective interactions designed to improve well-being, promote progress toward goals, increase independence, and improve overall quality of life. Observe, document and provide meaningful feedback to DSPs to maintain or improve performance to achieve desired results established by the multi-disciplinary and management teams. Manage budget for the assigned program. Report to Residential Administrator or Executive Director
