Barista in Training

We are presently recruiting applicants 16 years or older for Part-time Barista in training positions. The Smokin' Willy's team works diligently to provide excellent customer service and education to our clientele while promoting a positive work environment that is service-oriented and compliant with established policies, procedures, and applicable regulations/ordinances.

Ideal Candidate Requirements:

All applicants MUST have the ability to work a FLEXIBLE work schedule including nights and weekends and submit to and clear a pre-employment criminal background check.

Job Summary

• Promote coffee/ espresso drinks and fresh/ hot food items
• Clean and maintain a sanitary work station and equipment
• Develop and execute new ideas to boost coffee and tobacco sales as well as other products
• Be a Team Player

-Plan, execute and communicate all sales promotions and new product information effectively and efficiently.

-Clean bathroom and sweep parking lot

-Empty garbage cans and take out the recycling

-Stand for more than 4 hours

• Lift up to 50lbs
