Remote Recruitment is hiring a Business Development Executive for our UK-based clients. This is a fully remote position offering South African professionals an excellent opportunity to work with leading UK employers from home. You will work UK business hours and join a supportive, fast-growing team.
Key Responsibilities
Research, identify and prioritise new business prospects and target markets
Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting via calls, email and LinkedIn
Present tailored proposals and solutions to senior decision-makers
Negotiate commercial terms and close new business deals against monthly targets
Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through to signed agreement
Build and maintain a healthy pipeline in CRM at all times
Requirements
3+ years of B2B sales or business development experience
Proven track record of consistently hitting and exceeding revenue targets
Excellent presentation, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
Confident and persuasive communicator with strong English language skills
Self-driven and motivated to succeed in a fully remote target-driven role
